When this elephant saw him playing the piano, he did this and stunned everyone! WOW!

Elephants are magnificent creatures. They are known be very intelligent and people also say that they have amazing memories. We have long since known that music has a special effect on not only humans, but also animals. So when Paul Barton, a visiting pianist to the elephant kraal, started playing some light hearted music, it was amazing to see Peter the elephant join him!

Paul says in his description that Peter has not been trained to play piano. This video is Peter’s spontaneous reaction to a piano during a brief encounter. I am sure nobody was expecting this! What a curious big fellow! This duet of Peter and Paul is really amusing to watch! It is really incredible to see an elephant playfully join in on the fun entirely of his own accord!

Peter and Paul. That sounds familiar. Oh yeah, Peter, Paul and Mary is an American folk group from the 1960s that was hugely famous. I wonder if this Peter and Paul combo will be famous someday. Oh wait, thanks to YouTube, they already are! And I think they are just as talented!

Paul just keeps playing “12 Bar Blues” even when Peter puts his trunk in the middle of the piano. I think it’s so cute to watch the elephant bob his head up and down during a certain part of the song. Equally as funny is the smaller elephant standing nearby who is shaking her groove thang right along to the music. We see her backside really moving as Paul plays the piano.

This is just too cute and it kind of makes me want to have Peter as a pet. I guess that’s not going to happen, so I’ll just have to watch this video again.
