Fishing has been a good source of income and a recreation for those who are living near the bay or any other kind of water body.
Apparently, it is also an excellent place to discover and encounter interesting things that you can’t normally find elsewhere. Weird floating objects and unidentified species of fish are but some that you can discover on waters.
On one occasion, a fisherman in Nanoose Bay in British Columbia, Canada, saw a floating creature near his fishing boat. At first, it just looks like a fish swimming in the bay.
However, the fisherman notices that it was floating towards him. When it got closer, he realized that it was not a fish but a bald eagle.
He hurriedly grabs his net and scoops the bird to help it fly above. Unfortunately, the bird can’t fly on its own and needed immediate medical care.
The fisherman called ahead the animal rescue expert to help treat the eagle. They have brought him to the nearest rehabilitation center to check his condition properly and give him the necessary medication.
Seeing a bird floating above the waters in a huge bay is not a common thing you can see every day, especially to a fisherman. It only shows that water bodies are as mysterious as they look.
