Sometimes natural selection just isn’t fair and not every animal can survive long enough to become an adult. Parents sometimes even reject their own offspring because they think they are too sick to survive and just abandon them. This is what happened to a baby deer because he was born with such an unusual color. Fortunately, he got help!
In the video you will see the rare baby deer who is all white. This rare color is why the mother abandoned him, and he also had health problems. But just because he is different from most deer that doesn’t mean he shouldn’t have a chance to survive.
Some local farmers found him and what a lucky day it was for him. The farmers rescued him and now he lives with them as a domesticated deer with his farm friends. They named him Dragon and take care of him just like they would any beloved pet. You can see in the video that he manages quite well on the farm.
