Archie, a giant Samoyed dog, was very fascinated by cats. While walking on the streets, if he ever found a cat, he would just stand there and stare at them. He refused to move. Thus, his dad, TJ, often had to carry him back home.
Whenever Archie saw a cat, he would lose the ability to walk. He was so obsessed with cats that he loved to watch the cats at the daycare for more than an hour. Whenever he saw a cat, Archie would start wagging his tail.
He would stand at the main entrance of the cat room at the daycare and try to lock eyes with any cat looking at him. Mia, TJ’s mom, always wanted a cat for Archie.
So, she decided to adopt a beautiful cat named B. the cat used to stay with one of Mia’s close friends. As soon as her friends asked whether she wanted the cat, the dog owner immediately agreed to adopt the feline.
At first, Archie and B had to stay separate for a few days. The innocent dog was so hyped that he could not wait to meet his cat sibling. The owners found it challenging to stop him from going closer to B. They did not want her to be scared of their pet dog, who just wanted to play with his new friend.
Mia thought B was a bit annoyed with the realization that her dog sibling was always watching her. However, once she realized Archie was not going anywhere, B just accepted it. Archie would put his head on something and look at his feline sibling. It was as if he was asking for permission to look at B.
His tail would wag slightly, hoping that he had her permission to stare at her. The day the two snuggled on their own for the first time was a pretty pivotal moment. B started going up to him. On Archie’s walk, B would walk with them. For the owners, it was enjoyable to watch them grow and get closer. They were happy that they could get Archie the cat of his dreams.
