Have you ever thought of hugging a highland cow? Of course, you wouldn’t dare to do it. This charming man Gittin, however, will show you his beautiful bond with his highland cattle. They are, of course, gigantic, yet not just in size, but also in heart!
They live in Virginia’s Ridge Mountains with other farm friends. It seems to be a happy little family of three: Gittin, Hamish, and another Highland cow, Kyloe.
Hamish is one of the cattle who is all about hugs and snuggles with Gittin. He’s a big boy, over 2000 pounds, and looks like he’s a loving kid of his dad.
It’s nice to see how they share hugs and cuddles. Often, they enjoy taking a little nap while lying on each other. It’s amusing to watch.
Some say it’s risky to be around the highland cows since they have reckless behaviors and firm, sharp horns. However, Gittin does not happen to agree with most of it.
He can tell they will never harm him in any way. He and Hamish share a special friendship, one built on trust and mutual understanding. He gives him the space he needs and loves him unconditionally.
You can see the connection works from both sides. Sometimes, Hamish tries to lay his head over Gittin’s to take a quick nap. At the same time, Gittin spares no chance to relax on his giant neck.
