Unlikely friendship videos are a staple of the Internet. I could spend all day watching them. This unlikely friendship video surprised me, and I think is more special than most. This video shows that animals that have conquered hardship together are friends for life.
Mr G, a goat, and Jellybean, a donkey, suffered together in a life of filth. There were eventually rescued. In order to increase the chances of them being adopted they were separated, neither of the two animals took well to this new reality.
The people that were looking after Mr G noticed that something was wrong. The goat seemed to be depressed. After trying a number of things they finally tracked down Jellybean and brought him over for a visit. Both animals reactions to each other was immediate and incredibly precious.
