Canada’s Got Talent is looking for the best of the best. They found it in Jeanick Fournier who blew everyone away with her incredible performance singing a moving Celine Dion song.
Jeanick introduces herself as a mother of two Down Syndrome children and a palliative care assistant. Already, the judges are touched by what an amazing person she is to have such love in her heart.
Then she opens her mouth to sing. She chose Celine Dion’s “I Surrender.” Listening to her will give you goosebumps. It sounds as if Celine herself is on that stage.
The jaws of the judges drop to the floor as the crowd screams and cheers for Jeanick. She hits the high notes flawlessly and receives a standing ovation when she finishes.
She is shaking at the end of her performance and crying tears of joy. She cannot believe the happiness she has brought. The only thing the judges can say is “wow.”
Jeanick is the reason Canada’s Got Talent exists. The host, Lindsay Ell, a famous singer herself, descends the stage and joins the judges’ panel to give Jeanick the best compliment she can give.
She presses the golden buzzer and gives Jeanick a big hug. Jeanick cannot believe the overwhelming love and support from her country. She will never forget this unbelievably special moment.
