Playing out in the snow is one of the best memories I have as a kid, and I don’t think it is much different for the dog you will see in this clip who appears to love playing in the snow. There’s so much of it to go around and the possibilities are endless, like building snow forts, having snowball fights, building snowmen, or just sledding down the hill in your backyard. It’s even more fun when you have other people to play with and I think this dog feels the same way, only she has her own puppies as playmates.
And this dog mom decides to take part in the fun with her litter of puppies. Only seven weeks old, they know what’s up and they’re happy to be outside in the cold winter air. They play an interesting game of tag together in the snow, but she lets the puppies know when they start to get too far away and she brings them back in so she can keep a close eye on them.
This mama dog is actually teaching her pups valuable social skills and showing them there is nothing to be afraid of. The crowd around her, following her lead, and love every minute of their time with her in the snow. I love watching their little tails wag while they have so much fun.
