Good friendships are hard to come across. However, these two friends have the most heartwarming interspecies friendship. Hemingway, the overprotective goose, barely lets Waffles, the adorable miniature horse leave his side.

The two were rescued from the same farm by the Bucks County SPCA(Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals) due to the poor conditions there. From their inseparable bond, one can tell the two have been together for a while.

The two were waiting for adoption at the farm after being rescued. Like two peas in a pod, their strong bond would mean they have to be adopted together. The adoptive parents would also need to have a farm to accommodate Waffles and Hemingway.

When they were first brought to the rescue farm, Hemingway couldn’t wait to take a dive into the pool while Waffles would happily play on the grass. The two friends were undoubtedly having the time of their life together.

With Hemingway being the overprotective one, he doesn’t let anyone get close to Waffles whenever they’re together. He also doesn’t let the caretakers get between them, even when it’s feeding time.

It would certainly be amazing to have such a caring friend by your side at all times. These two besties might as well be given matching names considering how inseparable they are.

Luckily, the two friends were adopted by the same parent, so they won’t have to be separated again. It’s certainly going to be a stronger bond between the two.
