For Elvis fans, taking a trip to Graceland probably pretty high on the bucket list. This Memphis, Tennessee monument to The King Of Rock is one of those places that is a must-see for fans.
The Graceland mansion and estate is visited by hundreds of thousands of people each year, making it one of the most visited private homes in all of America. We imagine that most of those visitors daydreamed about being able to spend the night in Elvis’ digs.
Well, it seems that the powers that be at Graceland are aiming to make fans dreams come true. The estate announced late last year that it would be taking reservations for their newly opened Graceland Guest House.
As of December, the Guest House was under construction. They designed the new addition to the estate to match the architecture and style of the rest of the property, to truly give guests a Graceland experience.
The Guest House is slated to open October 27th, though we imagine they’re well booked up at this point. Be sure to plan far in advance if you want to take advantage of this new way to experience the life of The King.
