A sweet little lady with an angelic voice sings “You Are My Sunshine” while she strums her guitar, accompanied by a sleepy chihuahua, a meowing cat in the background, and all is right with the world. As one fan put it:
“This put a HUGE smile on my face. Luckiest dog and cat in the world, and what a wonderful woman. There’s lots of love in that house. You better believe I shared this with all my friends.”
This is quite possibly the sweetest thing in the universe, and her little chihuahua puppy looks like she understands every word, and her cat adorably steals the spotlight from time to time with his improvisational vocal accompaniment.
Sometimes all it takes is something as pure and simple as this to make us stop and realize the world is a wonderful place. Much thanks to Malinda Herman, the lovely lady in this video. She’s making a lot of people happy with her music, her sleepy puppy, and her singing cat.
