Harvey Korman is driven crazy by Tim Conway’s angel antics

Harvey Korman and Tim Conway

Harvey Korman plays an angel called Haddington and is driven crazy by his new “cloudmate,” Tim Conway, in this hilarious Carol Burnett sketch. The room is full of clouds and glitter, and Conway wastes no time in unleashing mayhem on Haddington’s peaceful abode.

Haddington is playing the harp while sitting on a bunk bed, and he is informed that he is getting a new cloud mate. He doesn’t want to share the room with anyone, but he doesn’t have a choice.

The new angel arrives carrying a large suitcase, and he walks around aimlessly. He accidentally gets a harp stuck on his foot, which irritates Haddington. Now Haddington has to tune the harp.

While Haddington tunes the harp, Tim wonders how he’ll get on the top bunk without a ladder. Harvey reminds him he has wings, so flying should do the trick.

Tim runs and jumps on the top bunk hitting Harvey on his way up. Harvey moves and tells Tim to go away. From his massive suitcase, Tim pulls out a small instrument which he plays with his mouth.

Harvey can’t focus on tuning his harp as Tim makes lots of noise and even plays one of the instruments with his nose. Harvey asks Tim to polish some halos to try and distract him.

Tim tosses the halos in the air, and one of them gets caught on Harvey’s wing. Harvey tries his best to hold back his laughter while getting rid of Tim by sending him flying down from the clouds.
