Harvey Korman and Carol Burnett play an uncooperative married couple trying to do their taxes. Watch this hilarious skit from the Carol Burnett Show to see the pure genius of these comedians.

As soon as Korman comes home, Burnett is at the door pestering him about getting a job. He sits down at the table to open a can of beer and brush off her nagging.
Burnett reminds Korman that they have to prepare their taxes. Korman whips out his glasses and begins to read the forms. The audience roars with laughter as he gets confused right off the bat.

The two sit there and recount the various sources of income they had for the past year, including welfare, food stamps, and unemployment. They call in their kids to see if there’s anything else to claim.
Lyle Waggoner and Vicki Lawrence strut in as the couple’s delinquent teenage children. Waggoner lists off the stolen goods he’s pawned, and Lawrence admits how much money she made “babysitting.”

Once the kids leave the house, Burnett and Korman are back to their taxes. Instead, Korman tries to seduce his wife and convinces her to help him make another tax deduction.
This skit, like so many others from the Carol Burnett Show, will leave you rolling on the floor clutching your sides in laughter. Nobody did comedy like Carol and her crew!
