We all know who the Property Brothers are and we love them. They are an incredibly talented dynamic duo. Not only can these two brothers get along together, but they both also have unique solo careers by making them doubly gifted, indeed.
Their names are Drew and Jonathan Scott, and they have fantastic music skills that you won’t be able to believe, or maybe you can understand it because their fame has preceded them and their music videos are now a thing of Internet legend. This particular country ballad is called “Hold On.”

And that’s not all since they also haven’t got any plans of stopping their HGTV show either. They released another single, named “Let The Night Shine In,” and are planning on releasing a full LP album by the name of “At Home.” They’ve only just begun.
