The up and coming group has taken on classics deeply embedded in the American culture. From Johnny Cash’s “Ring of Fire”, to Lee Greenwood’s “God Bless The USA”, they never disappoint.
Home Free has a huge following on YouTube, with fans who love their stunning harmonies and unique arrangements. The videos they share are impressive, even without musical accompaniment.
Their latest release is no exception. This time they decided to cover a song that is topping the charts, instead of an old classic. Maren Morriss’ “My Church”, released in January, made huge waves in the country music community. And now Home Free has put their own spin on this hot new song.
While Maren’s version is one hundred percent country, Home Free chose to take a more gospel approach to their cover. Their harmonies in this video are on point, enough to give you chills just listening to it!
