Hee Haw was an American television variety show that featured country music and comedy with fictional rural “Kornfield Kounty” as a backdrop. It was broadcasted from 1969 to 1971, followed by a 21 year run in local syndication. It was centered on country music and rural culture, and was hosted by country artists Buck Owens and Roy Clark for most of the run.

They start talking about their kids, and Roy says how he can’t get his son to go to bed with his stories. So Archie suggest a very simple method – recite bedtime story backwards and your kid will give you their full attention.
