25-year-old Andebu singer Jørgen Dahl Moe began making music at a young age by writing songs and singing while also learning how to play the guitar around age 5. Always being a fan of the creative arts would help Jørgen Dahl Moe on his path to The Voice Norway.
Taking up music, dance, and drama classes at Sandefjord’s upper secondary school, Jørgen Dahl Moe would begin singing lessons with Kristin Vold Nese. A move that would run in sequence with his love of football.
During an electric episode of The Voice Norway, Jørgen Dahl Moe would find himself performing a classic Elvis Presley tune, “Always On My Mind,” written by Wayne Carson in 1971.
A wonderful song that would pair amazingly with Jørgen Dahl Moe’s intricate vocal melodies and range. Not pulling too far away from the traditional Elvis tune, Jørgen Dahl Moe did make the track his own in his overall delivery.
Providing his brand of soft melodies and somber accents, Jørgen Dahl Moe made Elvis and Wayne Carson proud while grabbing instant attention from the audience and judges, who watched peacefully and gleefully.
Displaying a masterclass instrumental performance as well, one can sense the dedication and work Jørgen Dahl Moe put into his guitar skills over the years throughout his 20 years of playing the instrument.
