Kelly Clarkson & Trisha Yearwood Were Singing “Silent Night,” But When THIS Guest Joined In? OMG!

I have heard many renditions of “Silent Night” before, but this performance in the video somehow struck a chord. This really enthralled me and I am sure you will be captivated too. It starts off with Kelly Clarkson, but when Trisha Yearwood eventually joins her, it becomes truly epic. But the best part was when country singer Reba McEntire made a surprise appearance. I was completely speechless!

“Silent Night” was composed in 1818 by Franz Xaver Gruber to the lyrics written by Joseph Mohr in the small town of Oberndorf bei Salzburg, Austria. It is regarded as one of the most beloved Christmas carols of all time. Over the years, it has been covered by a lot of artists. But this performance by Clarkson, Yearwood, and McEntire will no doubt send shivers down your spine!

Kelly looks stunning as she performs alone on stage in a red holiday dress. She sings the first verse of the hymn flawlessly, and then behind her a shadowy figure appears. It’s Trisha Yearwood, coming to join her to sing the second verse. As Trisha sings and Kelly harmonizes, Reba emerges from backstage to join them creating a beautiful trio of voices.

These are three of the most talented women in the music industry, and it sure shows with this rendition of “Silent Night” during Kelly Clarkson’s Cautionary Music Tale recorded in 2013.
