During The Voice Live Top 11 performances episode, talented contestant Kymberli Joye performed the gospel classic “Break Every Chain,” and it was utterly mesmerizing.
She started softly enough, the camera trained on the lovely singer’s beautiful face, and then her voice grew and grew until she nearly lifted the roof off the house. Her sweet, masterful voice shook every soul with her as she reached the thrilling crescendo at the top of the song.
Kymberli Joye took the backing artists along for the ride; she carried the band players with her, she had the audience on their feet, singing along with her.
Even the home viewers must have felt the energy, felt the love, without even being there. For those few short, glorious moments Kymberli Joye had us all swept along with her phenomenal performance.
As a member of Team Kelly, Kymberli’s mentor, Kelly Rowlands, must have been so proud as she too was on her feet for most of the delivery of that powerful rendition.
