Adam Rippon stood in the center of an ice rink with his eyes looking down. On all sides, there was a crowd of people watching him closely. There were Christmas lights around him that looked like dim stars.
The sun was setting, and the pink light reflected on the ice, making it look like cotton candy. From the speakers, “Shallow” by Lady Gaga starts to play.
Adam looks up, and he starts to skate across the ice. He danced with grace and beauty while he smiled as brightly as the sparkling lights around him.
On the ice, he was like the wind, unstoppable and free. The crowd cheered whenever he did an impressive twirl or spin. It almost felt like Lady Gaga was there cheering and singing for Adam.
He continued to carve across the ice like it was his canvas. Adam was a professional and creative artist. Everyone watching absolutely loved him, and he didn’t waste a second of his performance.
At the end of the song, he struck a pose, and the crowd cheered. Someone threw in a bouquet of flowers, and he picked it up from the ice.
Adam thanked the crowd for coming to watch, and he even talked to some of his adoring fans. He greeted some people and took pictures with them. The people were excited to see him up close.
