Larry the Cable Guy is hilariously on target about Walmart

The voice of Larry the Cable Guy is almost as iconic as his comedy. Dressed in jeans and ripped-off flannel shirts, he brings laughter to his audience with his relatable jokes about everyday life.

This clip features jokes about his Wal-Mart experiences and segues into cracks about the local fair. The jokes obviously hit home as the live audience roars with laughter throughout his set.

He plays up his southern, redneck appearance while making jokes about his weight later in the set. “I’m getting fat. I was jumping on the trampoline with my kids, and I had to get off after 2 jumps….I had to go get a ladder to get my kid out of the tree.” He makes it difficult not to laugh, which shows his comedic abilities.

One viewer noted that he is not as funny on the “Git R Done” tour as in the Blue Collar days. The viewer called him predictable. It is difficult to maintain originality as he has limited himself to the specific character on stage.
