In some zones in India where human leopard interactions are more common than you might think. In this village, where there is a central well to share water amongst all villagers, one morning they found a leopard that had fallen inside the well and was now stuck.
This happened in Mudrady, Udupi, Karnataka, India. What happened next is unbelievable, this amazing community, rather than panic, teamed up with forest officials to save the big cat! They refused to let the fierce and intimidating nature of the animal deter them from bringing it to safety.According to YouTube channel Awesome World, the leopard was treated for minor injuries and has since been released back into the Kudremukh. Forest officials believe that the big cat must have mistakenly stumbled into the well in the night, not knowing that the hole was really deep.
