I think lions are one of the most beautiful creatures in the whole wide world. People travel all around the world trying to get one chance to see them in their natural habitat. The people featured in this video could have been thinking something along that line. But when they finally get that chance? They never would have expected what happened next!
The video really made my heart leap out of my chest. This was posted by Joshua Sutherland in YouTube and it shows his sisters traveling in Africa’s wilderness. The girls were visiting their parents while serving on a mission in South Africa. But this must have been an out of the world experience for them and quite a frightening one as well!
I was on the edge of my seat waiting to see what was going to happen, when a lioness strolled right over to their vehicle and opened their door! They were busy taking pictures and weren’t concerned when she strolled over the car, thinking they were safe inside. But no! She grabbed the door handle and opened the door with no problem, in a second!
The girl closest to the door had quick reflexes and closed the door and locked it, thankfully! They should have been careful and locked it beforehand! Luckily no one got hurt! Remember this if you drive through a wild animal park. These animals are around humans and cars a lot so they start to figure things out!
