This Little Baby Elephant Was Struggling With His Trunk. Look At What His Herd Did In Response? SO CUTE!

Long Savannah grass that rises to about two meters. Thicket that are the mainstay of game reserves in Africa and trees that dot the whole park. Against this backdrop is this magnificent scene. This video was captured by one in a group of tourists who were on a guided tour in the Kruger National Park in South Africa. Kruger National Park is one of the most famous parks in South Africa and arguably in Africa at large. It’s basically on many people’s bucket list for places to visit in Africa. It’s known for its adventurous game drives, epic safaris, fun-filled hiking trails all packaged to ensure optimum recreation.

While on tour, the group came across a breeding herd of elephants by chance. Lots of people would love to have a close up on one of the big five; such a moment is memorable enough and should be highly treasured. The youngest member of the herd made it even more memorable. The calf came into sight from the bushes, moments after the rest are in view. But he appeared to be in distress. He flung his front limbs wide and toyed around with his trunk in a manner that suggested all wasn’t well. With this, he turned out, against everyone’s expectations, to be quite a showman.

According to the description in the video, something is truly frustrating him. You would have to be a zoologist to make so much as a correct guess as to what’s happening to it: success with that. It might be that it was an itch or he was probably just irritated. Maybe he was trying to communicate with the other members of the herd. The former might be a possibility since one rubs his foot against the tarmac and another does the same with its trunk.

Clearly, it made everyone’s day. Watch this cute video below. Did it make you smile? Kindly share your thoughts with us in the comments section below.
