This little cutie had quite matted hair, so they had to shave her and after that, she looked even smaller. You could see the poor little thing’s ribs, but she was wagging her tail and looked happy to be with so many people giving her attention.
The people at the humane society all agreed she needed to go into a foster home and gain some weight before being adopted.
