There is really nothing that is out of reach for guitarist Luca Stricagnoli. He has spent years amazing his followers with remarkable fingerstyle acoustic guitar playing, and this performance is incredible in its audacity and execution.
Stricagnoli performs the Beatles’ iconic George Harrison classic, ‘While My Guitar Gently Weeps.’ Of course, if he simply played chords on his acoustic guitar, that would be a complete letdown.
Instead, Stricagnoli plays each part of the performance – and he does that at the same time. He manages this remarkable feat with his fingerstyle playing, allowing him to switch seamlessly between lead vocals, background, and rhythm.

He even breaks out a new invention that he created and had built strictly to allow him greater freedom and flexibility to play the songs that he loves and that his audience clamor for with each video.
He calls it the ‘reverse slide neck,’ a separate piece that he can attach to his acoustic guitar, giving him six more strings to play as well as a slide that allows him to bend notes while he plays.
With his new invention and the monumental talent that has made him a world-renowned performer, Stricagnoli effortlessly plays the Beatles hit, dazzling with his fast fingers and outrageous musical arrangement.
It was a wonderfully audacious project, and Stricagnoli pulled it off as only he can. With class, sophistication, and the kind of ease that can come only after years and years of dedication to his craft.
