Lucille & Desi were not just the face of the show “I Love Lucy” but would also participate in creating the show. Ball’s vision in this field was noteworthy. She knew it would be best for Arnaz to work opposite her. At first, others were skeptical, but the comedy geniuses soon became a family name for generations.

Lucille Ball shared her real name with her character in the show. Still, Desi Arnaz’s character was named Ricky, so it did not create confusion with the real-life couple. In one of the snippets from the show titled “Discuss Things Kindly,” he sounded funnier every time Ricky yelled at Lucy.

One of the first lessons, “Never lose your temper,” caused the audience to laugh hysterically. Next, Lucy hitting her sleeping husband with a pillow & Ricky trying to understand what was happening showcased beautiful slap-stick comedy.

Another tip the iconic couple gave about a happy marriage was, “Listen to your Partner.” However, in the snippet, Ricky clearly tried to avoid his wife at the breakfast table while reading the newspaper. The funny way Lucy tried to get her husband’s attention showed her ability to be a brilliant actor. The on-screen chemistry and playfulness of the TV couple made the show a masterpiece.

Being considerate toward your partner was one of the other lessons. However, Lucy did not like it when her tired husband wanted to rest while she was interested in a conversation. So, at first, she increased the radio volume, and later she tried to use a cracking tool to break a nutmeg in the middle of the night. She also got the sheets off the bed for laundry. It was a comedic take on how couples miscommunicate with each other.

The comedy performance titled “Appreciate your partner’s work” & “Surprise your true Love once in a while” had the mischievous Lucy getting into trouble with her husband. “Don’t take your partner’s freedom away,” had them in cuffs. Lesson IX, titled “Make Compliments,” showed Lucy’s funny dancing moves. Lastly, Lesson X titled “Never cool down the flame,” had the on-screen couple romancing each other, proving that a simple kiss could solve any disagreement.
