When mountain rams are running around in the wild, they are constantly looking for things to head butt along the way. Whether those things are objects or other goats, they love to use their heads.
Which gave one man a clever thought: He wanted to know what would happen if he hung a heavy punching bag from trees in the forest. Little did he know that he would provide the goats with a worthy opponent.
The rams spotted the punching bag as they were walking among the trees. Once the two goats spotted the bag, there was only one option. They began ramming it with their heads.

To their surprise, however, the bag kept swinging away – and then swinging back. So they would back up again and ram the bag with more force, propelling it forward only to see it return again and again.
It was an exciting exchange to witness, as these two rams took turns smashing into the bag and then stepping out of the way of its return swing. Soon though, they turned their attention to each other.
They began ramming their heads into each other, fighting while the bag swung around them. They alternated between hitting each other and the bag, getting good use out of their heads.
It was a hilarious moment caught on a hidden camera that the man had placed in the woods. It was also proof that a punching bag is a great training tool for boxers and goats.
