Man nonchalantly reads book, what he does next, hilarious

Brown Bear, Brown Bear, What Do You See? Does that ring a bell? This children’s book by Bill Martin and Eric Carle was first published in 1967, and has gone on to be one of the bestselling children’s books of all time, the book itself was created to help toddlers to associate colors and meanings to objects, well that’s what the experts say, I think myself that it is just a good fun read for little kids to enjoy.

When you actually read the book it becomes apparent that there is no plot. This being said……who cares? The Brown Bear, Red Bird, Yellow Duck, Blue Horse, Green Frog etc. etc. etc. have all got their own messages that little people everywhere just love. The authors wrote three spin-off books to accompany Brown Bear, Polar Bear Polar Bear, and What Do You Hear? Which features zoo animals and sounds. Panda Bear, Panda Bear, What Do You See? Which basically features endangered species and Baby Bear Baby Bear, What Do You See? A book about North American Animals. These books have been read to millions of children worldwide and Brown Bear, Brown Bear was ranked in the “Top 100 Picture Books” of all time in the 2012 “School Library Journal’s” poll. It is also ranked 21st on the “Goodreads” list of “Best Children’s Books”.

But like any children’s book, the delivery is the most important thing. It’s ok to have a bestselling book on the shelf, but the way that you read it to your child is the most important thing. If you can get, and keep your child’s attention then you are well and truly on the winning course. Some people will emphasize the colors of the illustrations, some people will enhance the words of the story, and some people, like Adman Theroux, who features in the clip below, will go all out to make the characters as individual as he can.

Let’s set the scene. Adorable-as-can-be baby Margot is about to be read this most famous of children’s books by her uncle Adam. What Margot doesn’t know though is that Adam is going to use as many voices as he can to bring the characters in the book to life. We all know that when a baby laughs there is just no stopping us from laughing with them. A baby’s cackle is the most beautiful thing and just warms the heart, such innocence, such uninhibited mirth, it is a wonderful thing.

Click on the link below, you will find yourself not being able to stop laughing as Adam does everything in his power to make cute-as-a-button Margot laugh her little heart out. This clip has so far had over two million views on YouTube, and it seems to have the whole world laughing, and let’s face it, it today’s world, we could all do with a good laugh or two.
