Massive Outdoor Choir Performs Powerful 'Battle Hymn' Ballad

On the 4th of July, two powerhouses in the world of music collaborated to bring the country an epic rendition of William Steffe’s famous song “Battle Hymn of the Republic.”

The West Point Band accompanied the singing talent of the Mormon Tabernacle Choir. The stadium stands at the United States Military Academy were filled with choir singers lending their voices to the performance.

The massive outdoor choir gave power to the hymn that swelled in volume above the stands. The precision of the West Point Band is perfect. Every note is played flawlessly.

When the chorus of “Glory, glory, hallelujah” rises, the goosebumps will appear on your arms. The horns and strings sections accompany the singers as they play the march with alarming accuracy.
