Whenever cats get into the chicken coops, it’s usually some pretty bad news. These two animals are usually mortal enemies. Well, it’s not so much that they are enemies as that a chicken is going to have a pretty bad day if they ever meet a full-grown cat.
So, when this mother hen encountered a tiny kitten on a cold and frigid night, it seemed like it would have been none of this chicken’s business. After all, these two were destined to be mortal enemies. But, this chicken was different.
As soon as she saw that this kitten was cold, her motherly instincts immediately kicked in and she did everything she could to keep him warm.
