All-Natural Recipe Will Get Rid Of All Your Unwanted Facial Hair Easily And Painlessly

For men, facial hair is back in style. But for women, it never has been and surely never will be. In point of fact, it’s quite normal for women to have a few dark hairs on their upper lips and some peach fuzz elsewhere on their faces. Nevertheless, many women can’t stand the sight of it and think it’s embarrassing. They’ll do just about anything to get rid of it: waxing, shaving, lasering, threading, and applying any one of countless different creams. These methods don’t always work well and can irritate sensitive skin, doing more harm than good. They can do a number on the pocketbook, too!

Before breaking out any harsh chemicals, you might want to try a time-tested, all-natural method for removing unwanted facial hair: the wholemeal flour mask. For more details on this easy and inexpensive technique, there’s an excellent video by beauty vlogger Himani Wright. We’ve posted it for you below. All you’ll need are: a third of a teaspoon of extra-virgin olive oil, some cold-pressed coconut oil, 3 tablespoons of wholemeal flour (whole wheat or whole grain), and water.

First, gently massage some coconut oil into your skin, taking care to cover your entire face. Not only is it a great moisturizer, with nutrients and antioxidants that are good for your skin, but it has natural anti-fungal properties, too. Next, mix the flour with enough water to give it a thick, pasty consistency. Then, using a downward stroke and only working in that direction, apply the flour paste to your face, making a mask. After about 10 minutes, the mask should be dry. To remove it, gently rub your face using an upward outward motion (that is, in the opposite direction you applied it). Once you’ve got most of it off by hand, you can wash the rest off with water and then pat your face dry. You’ll want to apply toner and moisturizer afterward.
