The kids steal the show in the latest ‘Shaolin Poppy’ movie entitled “Oolang Courtyard Kung Fu School.” While the movie might be about two bumbling fools enrolling in a prestigious kung fu academy, the best parts of the movie are the kids and their kung fu antics and killer comedic timing.
Released in 2018, “Oolang Courtyard Kung Fu School” Is a Taiwanese film about two strange and silly men enrolling in an exclusive kung fu school. When they first arrive at the school they meet three children, all equally adorable, and one toddler who so good at kung fu he might be the next Bruce Lee.
Watching this clip it’s clear to see who the real stars of the movie are — the kids. These toddlers are so cute it hurts. It makes me sad that I don’t speak Taiwanese so that I might better get the jokes, because I can tell that little girl, in particular, is incredibly good at her comedic delivery.
