Daniel Arms and his family live on 110-wooded acres of land in the foothills of the Arbuckle Mountains in Murray County, Georgia. Daniel and his wife have three children, Weston, EmmaLee and Houston.
The vast farm has several farm animals such as hens, goats, dogs, alpacas, ducks & donkeys. Recently one of the miniature donkeys, Freedom, had given birth to a baby miniature donkey.
Daniel and his family waited for the birth for a long time. Finally, however, Freedom gave birth early in the morning, and hence the family could not be there. Nevertheless, everybody got super excited to meet the newborn when they learned about the baby donkey.
When the family reached the barn and tried to pet the baby, Freedom and Steve would not let Daniel touch the newborn. Freedom even tried to kick Daniel with her hind legs.
Freedom was really protective about her son and did not want anyone to come close to him. The miniature baby donkey looked adorable. The little one had two big ears, which the couple found very attractive.
However, after a day, the owners bonded again with the baby’s father, Steve, over some snacks. Freedom still was not comfortable with the idea of humans touching her son. Nonetheless, she could not stop herself from the temptation of her owners’ snacks.
The owners picked up the newborn miniature donkey and pet him as the donkeys ate the feed. Daniel’s wife picked the baby donkey in her arms like she would hold her own baby, and it was evident how much she loved her pets.
