The art of dance is a passionate and respected expression to show how you feel, to express something that words just don’t quite grasp. For us amateurs, we dance just for fun, to bring joy and laughter to others for the sake of goofing around.
One 90-year-old seems to have found the bridge between the two! She clearly dances for the joy of it or the joy of expressing how she really feels.
