This parrot is a 2 year old caique named Little Bird. According to his owner, this cute avian loves to whistle, hop, and play. But what he does in this clip is something else entirely. Seems like he is a big fan of paper towels, so when his owner hands him one, his reaction is plain precious! He is probably one of the happiest birds I have seen in my life!
