In the performance, Paul stands on a stage with many vibrant colors and patterns. He's wearing a white button-up shirt and matching pants as he sings and sways in front of his band. Odia is singing the duet with him, but she sits off to the side of the stage.

Paul sings the emotional lyrics, 'You're having my baby. What a lovely way of saying how much you love me. Having my baby. What a lovely way of saying what you're thinking of me. I can see it. Your face is glowing. I can see it in your eyes. I'm happy you know it. That you're having my baby.'

Paul Anka discovered Odia Coates after hearing her singing with 'The Edwin Hawkins Singers.' She recorded many other songs with Paul over the years, including the hits 'One Man Woman/One Woman Man' and 'I Don't Like to Sleep Alone.'
