Crows and humans had always had a symbolic relationship. These intelligent & loyal birds could be fantastic wild pets but are often misunderstood. However, recently one of the wild baby crows had approached a human named Danny, who lived in Washington, D.C.

Salem, the baby crow, flew over and sat on Danny’s shoulder as if he told him to be friends with him. On another day, the crow was found following his human friend to the pasture.
When Danny saw the crow, he quickly called over his new friend to have a snack. The crow definitely trusted him, but his human friend also did work very hard to earn that trust.

Soon, Danny received a gift from Salem. This was the first time he had ever received a gift from him. So, the kind human also gifted him a dime as a return gift. But, again, it was a first-time experience for both the bird and the human.
The interaction they had was beautiful. Then, one day, while Danny was driving his car, Salem came up to him. He was playful and very cheerful, as if he was talking to Danny.

The kind man spoke to this bird as if he could understand him. Danny told Salem that he was worried about him as he did not meet him that morning. He told the bird that he loved him very much and missed him.
Danny believed that this bird had changed his life. The baby crow made him realize how important it was to connect with not just humans but with animals as well. Both of them had a deep heartfelt connection.
