Pleasant Green was looking at a post online when he noticed a fishy post in the comments. While most people might ignore the comment, he decided to take the bait of the scam artist.

This one choice began a saga that sent him down a rabbit hole of contradictory information and confusing leaps of logic that ultimately wasted the time of a person who scammed people for a living.
At first glance, this person’s Facebook page looked something close to legitimate. She had several client testimonies on her page where people were touting their life-changing investments.

Of course, that started to fall apart when he looked and saw the interesting coincidence that all those clients had created their Facebook profiles around the same time. But Pleasant Green was in it for the long haul.
But first, he had to make sure the scam artist thought he was worth spending time on. Using photoshop, he convinced the scam artist that he had over 1 million dollars in bitcoin.

The scam artist then directed him to her totally-not-fake company’s website, where he could log in and place his order. This was where the scam artist’s facts started to unravel even more.
We will let you see some of the hilarious details yourself, but needless to say, this video is worth watching. While scams themselves are not a joke, it is definitely cathartic to watch someone play a joke on one of the perpetrators.
