Did you know that about 40 million children suffer from abuse worldwide every year? It has been clarified from studies that in the United States, more than four children die from child abuse and neglect on a daily basis, and that is certainly not a thing to be proud of. Why are we so negligent still? We still struggle to know how to handle the horrible act of child abuse.
The message that this video delivers is powerful. We should all come together to prevent and stop this horrendous act. If you come across any kind of child abuser, don’t hesitate to inform a child abuse attorney or the authorities as soon as possible. Some people view children as property to do with as they please, rather than the humans with rights and feelings that they actually are.
The little boy in this video is being physically abused by his father, whose face we don’t see. Keep in mind that these are actors in this video and that makeup is used to show the effects of the abuse, but it seems so realistic. And it is real. It really happens. That’s why this video was created.
The little boy’s message is very powerful. He says many times that he can’t wait to grow up so that he can help children who are suffering the same fate as he is. But so often children who are abused go on to abuse their own, and a horrible cycle is created.
