For the past eight years, Hope For Paws, a non-profit organization, has been working in the United States for the welfare of all animals suffering on the streets or in shelters. Through their many rescue journeys, they have faced many different and difficult situations, but I know from watching other Hope For Paws rescue videos that they have a special way of dealing with these animals that involves gaining their trust. But this particular condition in this next clip is quite different from any other.
In one such heart-breaking rescue, this rescue team secures a bait dog who was dreadfully injured and very scared. Lisa Chiarelli found this injured bait dog wondering around the streets, probably dumped by the owner because for one reason or another, he deemed the dog not useful for fighting anymore. Lisa followed the dog till she collapsed in a corner, unable to go any further. Then she made the emergency call to Hope For Paws and stayed with her till the help arrived.
The rescue team arrived there just in time to help this bait dog, whom they later named Cadence. She had a lot of wounds all over her body, and her face was in a bad condition as well.
Cadence had never experienced human love, but after her rescue, love is all she got. Even though she had to struggle in past, at the end she got all she deserved and she responded very well to all this love and attention.
