This Poor Toddler Was Kidnapped From A Car. With YOUR Help, This Family Can Find Their Baby!

A 21 month old baby named Lonzie Barton went missing from Jacksonville, Florida just after 2 AM on a Friday morning. He was with his mother’s boyfriend, Ruben Ebron, at the time. Ruben ran inside his apartment for just a moment leaving the toddler, his five year old sister, and the car keys in the ignition. But minutes later when he returned, the car and the baby both were gone.

His sister, however, was able to get out. Supposedly she ran up to Ebron’s apartment and told him she was scared. That’s when he ran down to find his car and the little boy had been stolen.

The boyfriend and two children were on their way to pick up their 25 year old mother, Lonna Lauramore, from work. Just after 15 minutes, police discovered the abandoned vehicle, an orange 1995 Honda Civic, several blocks away with no trace of the toddler.

They placed an amber alert for the missing boy and the family began asking for help from everyone, urging them to look into their yards or view footage from their security cameras. The little boy was wearing only a diaper when he disappeared. Dogs were used in the search for the toddler, but no results so far.

Unfortunately, according to recent developments, search efforts into the disappearance of Lonzie have now been fully moved to a homicide investigation. The main suspect is the boyfriend, Ruben Ebron.
