Priest Impresses Judges on Britain’s Got Talent With Stellar Performance of “Everybody Hurts”

Britain’s Got Talent has seen plenty of interesting characters throughout the seasons. One type of person you may not expect to impress the judges is a priest. Father Ray Kelly shows off his beautiful rendition of “Everybody Hurts” during his audition.

Initially, Father Ray Kelly became well-known after a video of him singing at a wedding went viral. This inspired the priest to aim for higher goals and thus bringing him to Britain’s Got Talent to perform in front of celebrity judges.

He chose to sing R.E.M.’s song “Everybody Hurts” because he knows how relatable it is. As soon as the spiritual leader begins singing, chills will go down your spine, and you will get goosebumps all over.

This 64-year-old priest sure knows how to belt out an emotional tune. Critical judge Simon Cowell even gave the man a thumbs up for his performance. Who knows what’s in store for Father Ray Kelly, but we sure know he’s moving on to the next round of the show.
