Put uncooked rice in a dish. 4 ingredients and very little work. A perfect meal is ready

For many of us, cooking on the go is not as easy as it sounds. We want to eat and don’t have a lot of time to cook. We start with fast food. OK, it can be fast but you kind of get tired of it after a short while. When you think about it, it’s not all that healthy either. You somehow want something homemade, but to be able to eat it fresh and when you need it.

Have you ever had the problem where you’ll come across a perfect recipe, only to realize when trying it that’s it’s a little too difficult? There have been more times I can count where I’ve come across a recipe that was honestly a bit too difficult for me to handle. That’s why I always love occasionally finding recipes that are labeled quick and easy to make something new, without stressing out about it.

Well, I recently came across this recipe for chicken casserole and I have to say, there’s barely any work required. The result, however, is delicious. This recipe is for those of you who want to make something quick and easy, but still come out with something that you’ll eat every single time. Are you ready? You’ll need the following ingredients to start:

2 boneless and skinless chicken breasts, 1 cup of uncooked white rice, 1 can of cream of celery soup, 1 packet of French onion packet soup mix, 2 chopped onions, water, salt, pepper. Get those ingredients ready plus a few kitchen utensils. You will need a deep pan or casserole dish, a couple of wooden or plastic spoons, and a mixing bowl.

First, place your raw rice inside a deep pan or casserole dish. Make sure the rice is spread evenly throughout the dish. Then, place your chicken breast on top of the rice. Next, mix the cream of celery and French onion soups very well. Make sure to add a little water to the mix. Add some salt and pepper as you wish. Now pour the whole mixture over your chicken and rice.

Finally, add the last ingredient which is onions. Put everything in the oven for 2 hours at around 320 degrees Fahrenheit. Once you take it out of the oven, you are left with a rich and creamy chicken casserole. I guarantee you’ll love it! Once you make it, you can call your friends and show off.
