This recipe uses seasoning packets and gravy mix for the ultimate in quick and easy. You will quickly enjoy juicy and mouthwatering pot roast that your dinner party will be talking about for days.

Ingredients

2.5 lb. Boneless beef chuck roast
1 Sliced yellow onion
5 Whole, peeled carrots
1 Packet of gravy mix
1 Packet of ranch dressing
1 Packet of Italian dressing mix

Salt and pepper

Cooking spray

Directions

1st spray the slow cooker with some cooking spray. Then, take the onion you have sliced and make a bed on the bottom.  Take a paper towel and dry the meat and coat it with salt and pepper to taste. Next, coat the roast with flour and work the flour into the meat using a flat plate.  Now place the roast into the slow cooker. On the side get a bowl and mix the gravy, ranch and Italian dressing with a half of cup of water. Once mixed, pour it into the slow cooker and add the carrots. Cook on low for 8 hours.
