It seems like horses are such huge creatures that it is difficult to imagine them rolling around on their backs. When the Humane Society of the United States shared this adorable clip of horses having fun outdoors we just had to share it with you.
Watch as a group of very happy horses are playing in the freshwater of the trough and enjoying the coolness in a hot day. Several of the horses are quite excited and agitated. But just then a horse starts rolling around on his back having a dust bath.
This behavior is not unlike other animals, dogs and cats have both been known to act in a similar way, but it somehow more entertaining the see a gigantic horse rolling around on his back scratching his itches.
