It is often said that a dog is the only creature in this world that loves you more than he loves himself, and this is often the case even when they are mistreated by their owners. They are one of the most faithful companions humans can ever have, but in many cases, these poor creatures don’t get as much love as they actually deserve. Take for example the story of Angel. Angel is a little dog who was purposely starved. When she was found, the poor thing was on the verge of death, unable to stand on her own and her organs were shutting down. The rescuers from “Rescue From The Hart” knew that her survival would need a miracle. Despite that, they decided to take her in and they also made a promise to not give up on her. She received medical treatment and needed an IV so that fluids and nutrients could be slowly introduced into her system. She was fed by hand slowly because too much food at once could have killed her.
Angel had many visitors to love and pet her and motivate her to keep fighting to survive. Her soulful eyes and precious little face truly inspired these rescuers to keep fighting for her as well. The rescuers lent her their strength, helping her to stand, until one day she found her own and stood on her own, and from there, she found her spirit and just got better and better. Now she has a forever home and a new best friend. Wait till you see what their love and care did for this beautiful dog.
