Southern Indiana Animal Rescue decided to answer some questions about him after this clip got an incredible amount of views. It is not clear which breed Napoleon is. According to the organization, he has a medical condition called megaesophagus and he is on 2 different motility medications. His vet believes that he might have dwarfism because of his stubby appearance. They aren’t accepting applications for adoption due to his medical condition, so he is in his foster mom’s care for now.
