Deep in Russia’s white sea, Semenov is enthralled by a strange sight. He moves closer to get a clearer gaze at the being. Behold, a sea creature bright like a rainbow. She had small wing-like fins.

The sentient being floated in the sea graciously, flapping her wings. She had a streamlined body, with the lower part radiating in blue light. The tiny angel had hairlike structures around her tail.

Suddenly, she disappeared into the darkness of the sea. Probably heeding to the call of her lover. Semenov and his team started a project (Aquatilis) inspired by other scientists and academic books.
