Corinne, a retired lawyer, drastically changed her life when she decided to sell her traditional home in Brookside, Kansas City. Instead, she wanted to downsize to a tiny custom-built house in a "Tiny Home" village. She named her new home Angel's Haven, built initially in Missouri and transported to Park Delta Bay in Isleton, California. Jenna, an online user, goes by her online username, "Tiny House Giant Journey," visited Corinne recently. She took her fans on a tour of Corinne's unique, specially designed "Tiny Home."

The tiny home village, which houses 13 owners, is a community of RVs and small houses. Corinne's tiny home is 24 feet long, 13.5 feet high, and 8.5 feet wide, with a base square footage of 270 square feet, including lofts. The home's interior is meticulously designed with a customized kitchen, tiled bathroom, cozy loft bedroom, and a sitting area with a customized sofa and a small chair. The wardrobe has a designated place to hang clothes, a three-drawer dresser, and a three-drawer wicker dresser.
The custom stairway in the home helps Corinne move freely, as ordinary stairs can be challenging for her due to her disability. The loft bedroom encapsulates her life with picture frames on the wall, a small book rack, and several memorabilia. She also has an east-facing window to view the sunrise.

Corinne's kitchen counter is six feet long, and the cabinets belonged to her mother, which is perfect for keeping centerpieces. She has an RV stove with great burners, but she recently replaced it with a small countertop burner as it took up a lot of space. The bathroom is remodeled with a tiled shower similar to her traditional home, a composting toilet, and a basin with beautiful flower-imprinted tiles. She has a refrigerator and washing machine placed in a storage loft.
The beauty of the tiny home village is increased by the meadow with willow trees, open space for picnics and parties, and the presence of hawks and owls, which personify the beauty of the California Delta. Every owner has a garden, and the plants can be watered from the irrigation system rather than treated water.

Corinne's Angel's Haven is unique and different from how anyone would have imagined. The back of the RV has a customized mural by an artist named Alex Lash, which depicts the thematic focus of a song called "Broke Down Palace." She has solar panels on one side and a freshwater holding tank on the other. The back of the RV acts as both a painting and a functional space. Her first porch was small due to rules about porch sizes, but after the rules were relaxed, she built an 8/8 porch.
The tiny home village has friendly neighbors, making a living in a small home comforting for Corinne. The warm and supportive community makes it a perfect place for specially-abled seniors to enjoy their lives. In addition, the tiny house is ideal for Corinne's needs, making it a comfortable and accessible space for her.
